Although I booked the infamous US$20 BA T-class NAmerica to Europe fare on Travelocity, the next morning Travelocity emailed to say they could not accept my Canadian credit card, so booking/fare not honoured.

Did luck out on the recent £20 SK C-class OSL-China fare glitch on Expedia.ca and no credit card problem.
