Jenya: I only mentioned the Siliver Medallion
offer as a favor to other frequent flyers so
no one is left out. I did not know about the
market restrictions -- It was NOT mentioned
on the letter. And I think that was dumb to
limit it to certain markets. If Delta wants
more ff-ers why not open it nationwide.

Apologizes to those who saw my post and went
through a lot of headaches trying to get info
on this offer. I don't work for Delta and if
I see an offer that I think might be of interest to you I'll mention on.

On another issue Jenya -- I earn the bulk of
my ff miles the old fashioned way -- flying,
lots of flying. And If I can get a few
extra ways to boost my miles (which only account for about 10-percent of the miles
I earn) then why shouldn't I? Those "unfair"
credit cards, phone programs, offers have put
me over the top to some very nice vacation
air tickets, free hotel nights.

I don't remember even paying 100 dollars for
one night in a hotel (unless I wanted to stay
in a Motel Six) -- let alone an airline ticket. I think the cheapest I paid for a ticket's like 350 dollars and that was in 1990 -- when I entered the frequent flyer world. Catman.
