I wasn't aware that Marunouchi Office Ladies were famous ... or infamous. It's an area with lots of offices. So lots of OLs... but I would say that Marunouchi is famous for being chock-a-block with men in dark suits. I would hazard a guess that it has far more salary-men than OLs... Not a place that gets my hormones racing.
