Doesn't sound too good, the prob is that noone seemed to know anything at BA when I tried to get some info, even the TA helpline were clueless and would even price MAD-SCL-PUQ-SCL-GRU-GIG-SCL-IPC-SCL-CCS-SCL-AKL 10 segments in SA (as they didn't count IPC to SA, but still 8 which is 2 too much), my TA did however notice this.
Prob is that my ticket is non-refundable, but I'll give them a call tomorrow, maybe they can cancel it (damn,the outbound MAD-SCL 18dec in L is sold-out).
If they refund me I'll try to find another MAD-SCL and call AA, save some money on fuel surcharges.
