We've got a fairly new restaurant here called Cheddar's that makes a great Monte Christo. I'm pretty certain it's a chain, although I've never seen another one. It's definately a step above the other chain casual dining restaurants out there (good steaks and ribs, too!) Anybody else ever seen one of these restaurants?
