I have no idea whether there are additional fare classes not included in this list, as I'm not too familiar with how KLM works. But according to what Onepass told me a couple of months ago, there is no change in earning on KLM and I'd earn 100% EQM for any ticket on them regardless of where purchased (ala the 2003 rules).
