They typically have consolidator fares on AC that have a 12-month validity (compared to the 2-3 mths max stay that applies to most lower published fares), and relatively low change fees in case you decide to extend your stay (~50 CAD, compared to the standard $200-$300 CAD that published fares would have). Downsides: No mileage accumulation on AC, a requirement that an ISIC/IYTC card is purchased, a paper ticket.
