HASN'T been fixed and it has now been 4-5 days since this problem started. I try to remain pretty calm while getting s*rewed by CO lately but come on!! Am I the only one who thinks that a website problem affecting your frequent flyers is something that should be addressed within a day or two....or an hour or two...... and
NOT A WEEK OR TWO!!!
