I don't agree with this decision! You are allowed to 1) read the threads and 2) edit your previous posts, but you CAN NOT 1) reply (post) on a current thread or 2) start a new thread.

True, the forum is called "Only Randy Petersen", but how often does Randy answer the query alone? He may post a reply, but it may be something like "post # 47". The previous 46 posts are replies from other members.

I have made a query on ORP a few months back. The reply was made by Starwood Lurker who wrote " ... since Randy is away ... I'll answer your question ...", and provided me with my desired answer. This thread had 4 posts in total - 2 by me and 2 by Starwood Lurker .

I think that ORP should be reopened, so members can post and reply. If the question needs input from Randy, it can be done upon his return!
