So I was staying at the Brooklyn Marriott and stupid me left my ipod in the car when I had the car valet parked. When I got in the car in the morning it was gone, I noticed this before I even left the garage. So I immediatly complained to the parking people and they all played dumb and said that they could not help. So I went to the front desk at the Marriott and asked for the manager. While talking to him he told me that marriott was not responsible because the parking deck is owned by a seperate company and that if I read the back of the card it says that. I think this is total BS since the valet is right in front of the hotel and there is a sign that say's marriott parking. Does anybody have any advise?
