There was no damage to the room. We have reported the incident to Corporate Hilton with no reply. We reported it to customer service at Hhonors with no reply to us. We reported it to Kona Chamber of Commerce with no response to us back from Hilton Waikoloa. We will be filing with consumer protection at the attorney general's office, the BBB and Conde Nast ombudsman.
