Valid? Having the first NYC as a transit only.

from FAQ " (c) a transit without stopover in North America on a flight between South America"


Also any recommendation on FF (Only need small tip, travel asia, europe) Can i credit Tier Points to BA and add the miles to other FF? (Like with SQ)
