The "great unwashed" are, by definition, clueless. But they don't have any skin in the game, either, so it doesn't matter.
What I'm addressing are the folks who do a bit of travel and yet completely ignore the possible additional benefits. What would you call someone who pays his bill in cash, but never picks up his change? A really big tipper? Or someone who leaves money on the table.
