I sent them an e-mail
April 29, 2005 telling them that I was having difficulty accessing an account and that I needed assistance so that I could make some exchanges prior to the account's expiration.
Today (
September 1, 2005) I received a confirmation e-mail advising me that "we have received your inquiry. There is no need to reply to this email. Please note that we are experiencing temporary volume-related delays in responding to customer e-mail."
