Sort of on the same topic.. on Aug 2, with the AF incident in YYZ, my travel plans got majorly messed, I was travelling from YVR to YYT. Is this still considered 'an act of god'? I found Air Canada to be very rude on arrival in YYZ.. anything (hotel, etc) was denied. Should I demand some compensation for this incident?
