Posting Failures Run Amok - Everywhere

Is this a trend? Just bad luck? Save an occasional SPG platinum amenity not posting, I generally don't have many problems.

Here is what is currently on my plate from the past month:

(1) July 2 - Best Western transfer to AS. "3 to 6 weeks". Nothing so far. Email for follow-up, no reply yet.

(2) W - SF. Stay didn't post, so used online feature. Stay at wrong hotel posted promptly. Emailed reply, as the amenity which never posted never would as it wouldn't track back to the right hotel. No reply to that email. Gave it awhile, and called SPG (which even corrected the hotel I stayed at). Should be resolved in a day or two.

(3) Westin Times Square - amenity didn't post. Called SPG today.

(4) UA Tax Payment bonus - they are supposed to post the month after the statement w/the tax charge. Nope. Gave it awhile longer. Started an inquiry, with a follow-up telling me that it should have posted w/in 6 weeks. 2 months later, finally, posted today.

(5) UA - they "offloaded" me in the system on a flight I was on and actually took (first time used web check-in). When I went to check in for the return, they had already cancelled that segment, and were suprised I was actually in NYC, as I had to insist that yes, I took that flight to get here. Needless to say, the original flight didn't post. No follow-up yet to online missing credit inquiry.

(6) AS - flew a codeshare in discounted F. Something got "lost" in the translation (DL discounted F is "A", and NW discounted F is "F", but the DL codeshare on the NW segments is in "A", which AS doesn't think is F that qualifies for the bonus). The DL segment posted fine in F. The NW I am getting just Y credit, and no reply after a couple of weeks to my inquiry. (Had I booked it as an NW segment, I would have had no problem, as I've flown NW discounted F w/AS credit, and get the appropriate credit).

Too many time consuming projects all at once. A trend? Bad luck? Both?
