there's an unbiased organisation. When you see awards for things like "Best domestic carrier for flights of 500 to 750 miles" you know they're creating categories to fit the customers.

I wouldnt believe that this applies to airports. They evaluated alot of them. Since they are government owned, it would be hard to justify paying to have the JD Power name associated with it. Add to that the fact that airports arent a dime a dozen and you have no reason to believe that a "bribe" caused a change in ratings of airports when they are ranked internationally by passengers.
