What Airport has the best on-site (In-Airport) Hotel?

I'm not talking about the hotels that are a mile away from the Airport with the free cram-yourself-in-a-tiny-ford-van-with-15-other-passengers shuttle service. By on-site, I mean an actual Airport Hotel that is physically *INSIDE* or *ATTACHED* to the Airport itself, where you can check-out and arrive at your gate without ever leaving the same building structure.

I've stayed at the Miami International Airport Hotel, located on the departure level of the airport terminal, which claims to be the "only hotel in the world to have its own airport"...I'm not sure what they mean by this I've also been to the Marriott at Tampa International (TPA), which says in their description: "Located inside Tampa Intl Airport, the hotel has all amenities including outdoor pool, fitness room, lounge & 2 restaurants. Take a tram to the main terminal and walk directly to the lobby."

I know that on July 1, a new Grand Hyatt opened at DFW attached to International Terminal D. This is supposed to be really nice, although I haven't been there.

What are other airports that have on-site hotels?
