I'll be travelling international on a 744. Trying to get assigned a seat in rows 1-4. Problem is that my OP elite status is not coming thru on the NW side. Had them re-input the number several times, etc.. Agent said that I needed my account to show elite vs. premium in order to "unlock" those seats. Is this true? Any suggestions? Thanks.
