Using HHonors points to fly CO

I'd like to hear from anyone with experience using Hilton HHonors Air Rewards to fly on Continental.

I've used HH to fly on other airlines, and this is the basic procedure:

You do this so as to avoid redeeming points before finding out if the airline can accomodate you.

I've been successful with step one on AA, UA, HP, and others, but when I call HH for CO codes, they tell me there aren't any! Of course when I call CO, they say they need the codes.

An example of what I'm looking for: RT domestic with AA you call meeting services at 1-800-433-1790, use ticket designator ICY73, and star file HILUS. It requires a 14 day advance, and N class availability.

Perhaps someone here has redeemed one of these rewards and can rovide the necessary information.

    Thanks.
