The days of " Dignity and respect" is over. He has shown such disrespect for the Flight Attendants, as well as the rest of the employees that made CO a great place to work.
As cigarman challenged Larry with a bet to have the "DO" with the FT members, I would love to see Larry work a 4 day trip as a FA, to see what he is really made of. I bet he wouldn't last a day in My heels. Long days, lots of sit time, delays, short layovers, where we barely get a nap. Then put up with a full flight EWR-PBI, with all the "I am so special wannabees". Or the EWR-LAS "trailer trash".
Come on Larry, show us how to do it with "Dignity and Respect.
I'll put in my $.02. If the uppers keep messing with morale, i am going to resign from this company and go work for WN. And don't tell me you will work harder and they will start losing money when the hedges are gone etc and... BULL****! They have more assets then all majors put together and they have always treated their employees with dignity and respect. They are paid fair wages and enjoy coming to work. I would hate to leave here because i love my coworkers, but i will NOT go through the BS again. BEEN there DONE that! I will take the customer service skills i've learned during the Gordon years and put it to use at an airline that will appreciate me. (The customer service machine!) Southwest here i come!!!!!!!!!!!!
