I hope someone can help me with this:

Due to illness, my mother is not able to fly (and has not been able to for the last couple of years). She currently has more than 100,000 miles in her OP account. However, her account will probably be cancelled como Dec 1st due to such inactivity. Does any of you know if she has a reward issued would that be considered enough so that they do not cancel her account or does it necessarily have to be a deposit?

Also, in case a deposit is absolutely necessary, if she has a reward issued, does not use it and then re-deposits those miles, would that be enough for CO?

Your help will be greatly appreciated as time is running out and we don't want to lose all those miles.
