I recently bought a TracFone phone and it has really been a waste. I got 200 minutes last month and blew threw them like that. The reason is, is because it is double minutes outside of a few counties in Va. I am looking for a cheap cell phone that has a good plan. Preferably one that can call internationally. Any ideas?
