It is really, really hot. Some may attempt to draw a distinction between "dry heat" and "humid heat." I don't care what that heat is called: it is just damn hot!. My problem is that I cannot tolerate 24/7 air conditioning. Unfortunately, that is what one gets mid-summer. I was in LAS in early June and found it too hot to be outdoors. The updside,is that in LAS there are lots of indoor activities available...... everything, but fresh, cool night air
