In my mind, this was a major mistake for CO. I fly regularly from EWR to CA ...and more often then not use AmericaWest ... simply because they always have reasonable fares ---- usually aroun $500-1000 cheaper.

I will call AW around 12/02 and ask for comp status next year ....

CO is making several major mistakes ... my gut tells me that within 1-2 years they will be engaging in a Sunday Chapter 11 filing.
