"Any ticket booked online gets a 3,000-mile bonus."

The bonus is slightly more restricted than for "any ticket booked online." Passengers must complete roundtrip flights and travel before 12/31/02.

"And on HP, a free domestic-U.S. trip is only 20,000 off-peak."

Travel within/between the Contiguous 48 US, Alaska (though HP no longer serves Alaska), and Canada is 20,000 miles
all year on America West/America West Express. There is no peak/off peak requirement.

"They are the only airline, I believe, that still offers it at that level."

Alaska Airlines still offers a 20,000 mile award level.

US Airways offers a 20,000 mile offpeak award level.
