I must admit, though I'm not really a big fan of OP, I still prefer CO service over NW. UA is much better for the more extensive widebody fleet and 3 class aircraft. However, I don't get any free UG's with UA...the only exception being the 500 E-upgrades for every 10K miles flown. One thing going for UA though is that, although the upgrades are not free/unlimited, they do have E+ which I prefer so much more than NW/CO's coach product. (Just wanted to add that I wasn't really happy when I got a non E+ UA B777 on my two SFO-FRA runs back in March/April.)
