CO: 60% (upgraded 60%)
HP: 15% (upgraded 100%)
UA: 25% (upgraded 15%)

60% is not a bad upgrade % for a Silver.

And 15% is an excellent upgrade % for a UA 2P. I actually got to use upgrade certs on UA!
