ADW CODE ??? NO ONE EVER ASKED FOR IT.. NOT AVIS (IT WAS ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT) AND NOT VISA OR THEIR INSURANCE. WHY WOULD THE ADW CODE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE ACCIDENT ?
