AZ are usually quite good about handling irr ops. For me this is a major differentiator between LCCs and FSCs. I also happen to really like their FCO lounges (certainly not a feature you'd expect to find from a LCC). And they 've got proper premium seats intra-Europe.
They've certainly got problems, but a LCC they are not.
