I for one tried to give GP all of my Hotel and Car Rental business. Unfortunately, more often than not, about 50% never posted. Same with Global Mall. I also recommended GP to some of my well travelled Venezuelan friends who were unaware of GP and their links to other airlines. I am now a little embarrased about this due to the demise of GP as a FF programme.
I am sorry to hear Guy Booth comment about his customers the way he did. But as customers, we go where we have the best value and service. I think LP million milers did their best to stay loyal to LP but one can only take so many changes before "other" programmes looked better.
