Exactly. I had an HS810 and it was the same design and I loved it. You can also turn it on my just flipping the boom mic open as well which I loved. When the phone would ring I would open the boom and it would connect to the phone and I pushed to answer button on the earpiece and viola, connected.

I just checked my tracking number and my HS850 was delivered today. Ill be able to pick it up when I get back to the office Monday
