I've asked before if there's such a thing as a "good" airport authority... they're all run by a bunch of twatwaffles (love that word).
And let's face it one of the easiest to get around is HKG and they had the ability to build an entirely separate airport prior to moving so to avoid the major construction hassles. I guess that's what you can do when you have all that land.
