Does Upgrade Priority List Exist
I am highly frustrated with Continental and EUA. I can not seem to get a clear answer in regard to this issue, so I decided to post here.

As a KLM RW and a CO Silver, which is better for my chances of upgrade? This year I have flown six times and only received upgrades twice- once using RW and once using CO Silver card. EUA worked with CO 1 day before while RW only worked at airport check in after I asked Ticket Agent for upgrade. BTW, no problem with NW on upgrades whatsoever.
