I stand to be corrected, obviously you know more than I do...but...isn't CO's relationship with Virgin a hard block and not a code share? Then, as to these hard block seats, they are sold or awarded as CO-designated, and the waitlist policies are exactly the same as for any old CO flights. Right or wrong?
