I have a Visa at my local bank with a balance of $4,000 rate of 13.9%. I'm looking at transferring the balance to a miles card??
I fly UAL (1) then AA with an occasional flight on Delta. What card gives me the best value? Amex, Visa, Discover, Dinners? What program?
