I was just upgraded to the concierge floor for the first time, yay! am just a lowly silver but I have the most nights I have ever had. I am not sure if that matters of if they had to do it bc they were near capacity, but they were nice about it and made me feel like I wasn't just a poser. So hopefully if I make gold this year it will happen more often. It was in the Provo Marriott in Downtown provo. Not too extraordinary a property but not bad and the service was great, I have been pretty sick of rude people in Marriotts lately, and everyone here was super friendly. And it is probably one of the cheapest full service properties you'll find, a category 3. Does anyone gain weight from being put on the concierge floor often? I could see it happening to me, not a plus...
