sorry to disagree with the OP, Ive stayed at the HI Cypress Creek numerous times and had no problems, they even served Beer(was warm) and some finger foods at 5pm more than most do. The best part is its a Cat1, so when going down in the winter its only 7500 pts or $149, other times its one of the cheapest so its great to get the stay credits, usually can be had with the roomsaver coupon but call before hand and have a back-up as the place does sellout like crazy, during all seasons
