I share this view, though like Doppy I like to be a little more subtle so as not to draw attention to those who haven't finished their meals yet. If I see that others aren't done yet, I'll slow down my pace or intentionally leave some food on the plate. That way the person clearing the table knows I'm not done yet, or if they ask, I will say "no" and try to finish up when my guests are done. I don't like feeling like I'm a slow eater, and I don't want any of my guests to feel rushed, either, but I think saying "wait until the other person is finished" is a little too conspicuous.
