It all balances out

Wow. I guess everything balances out - I had an opposite experience on my recent trip to Rome that was a combination UA/LH itinerary. UA did a pretty good taking care of me, with good service, where as Lufthansa screwed up royally. I didn't get my luggage until day 6 of my 8 day trip because of Lufthansa's inept handling.
