Is it just me?

Apologies if this thread might have been better posted elswhere.

I had been FP Rouge for several years when my card expired in March 2005. I had, at that time, already qualified for another year at that membership level, but never received a new card.

When Flying Blue launched, I was able to see from the AF website that I had been allocated Gold membership of the new program. However I have not received a membership card, nor indeed any communication whatsoever from FB.

On trying to contact AF, I find that the telephone number has been changed from 0845 access to 0870 (more expensive), and that it is close to impossible to get through the automated menus to speak to a human. Emails sent to FB via the AF website have gone unanswered.

Am I getting paranoid? Have AF/KLM taken against me in some way? Is it just me colleagues, or are there others in the same boat?
