I love India, but I think any bathrooms are pretty bad all round. I used to take my driver from anywhere in the city to the nearest 5 star hotel in order to go to the bathroom. Sometimes that would mean holding it for 1/2 hour. I honestly wouldn't use the public bathrooms for even a $100.00
