Unless for some inexplicable reason, Dubya binds the U.S. (and the rest of the world) to the Treaty of Kyoto which I would predict would make almost all forms of travel much more expensive. Most would say he won't but it was his father's agreement that commited the U.S. to the general principle in the first place.
