Staued at this Hilton in 2002...Emailed ahead of time to see if we could get an upgrade and have access to fresh milk for our 2.5 year old...It was our first trip with the rugrat and the Hilton really stepped up for us...Comped us a mini suite and had fresh milk in the fridge everyday at no charge...It was how I though all Hilton's should treat someone that stays over 120 nights a year...Too bad my experiences haven't matched this one...
