Stayed at this hotel in Feb 2004 on award stay (old GLON - 100k plus one night - 35k for total of seven nights). Called and requested an upgrade to junior suite and was told that request is in but can not be guaranteed.

Received snail mail note from HHonors manager prior to arrival. Sent him email requesting upgrade facing Epcot (to watch fireworks at night) and refrigerator in room. He sent note back saying request was in for upgrade (we got upgrade when we arrived) along with fridge (he comped fridge to be a nice guy, was supposed to be $7/day).

As gold, got pass to breakfast but had to get there early to get a seat, lotsa people. Staff did good job of keeping food stocked but not many seats available.

Took advantage of the 'early-in' at WDW using hotel key, no problems. Also was able to get free parking at all WDW parks by showing blue hotel key and hotel key folder received at check in. Concierge desk said that we were supposed to pay for parking but WDW parking attendants did not charge!

Rooms were clean, hotel was great, we are strongly considering staying there again on our next WDW trip. I would strongly recommend staying.
