The continental URL above is NOT supposed to do what was requested.
It only shows the ticket at the time it was issued. It's like a digital print out. And it's only generated if it is specifically requested. (You ask for an email receipt; this can theoretically be done by calling reservations, though I haven't tried it.)
That said, you can call up a reservation through eService Web site, but it's cumbersome. The Palm application is a much better way to do it ... apparently they've got the two guys who can actually write code working on that one. (Either that or they haven't buried them under four levels of review.)
