Probably not because, usually, you can only get cash-back with PIN-based (so-called "online" transactions) transactions. Generally speaking, rewards are not given to cardholders for engaging in such transactions, as the merchant pays a flat transaction fee (ca. 15-30 cents) rather than a percentage discount rate.
