Jeff, I agree with you.

The point I was trying to make is thas as long as Continental plays by the rules they set, then you have a right to complain.

If you don't get an upgrade, well sometimes thats the luck of the draw, no entitlement.

However, in a case where Continental breaks it's own rules, then you have a right to complain.
