Perhaps we could ALL remember that it is simply a business!

CO is just trying to make money! As much of it as possible! As soon as possible! For as long as possible! And so on...

This will potentially help explain quite a few things regarding why they (CO) do what they do! Think "the bottom line!"

So they want us to be "happy" and to fly CO all the time rather than another carrier - but the profits are equally as important - and we should not forget it!
