It is my first time using PP; needless to say, my experience has been terrible.
That is pure BS-they are an airport property and therefore of course they have an in house exchange rate.
I do belive a phone call/letter is in order here.
I really doubt it was the real"manager"you were talking to-if it was G-D help marriott in Houston!
